Sinful Colors Black Crackle!

Hello lovely readers! Hope you all had an amazing weekend. I had a fantastic weekend visiting my bf and my younger brother. We all had a wonderful weekend filled with Pictionary (which got waaaay out of control lol), food and shopping. Which leads me to my news...I found China Glaze polishes at a swapmeet and they were two for one dollar!!! I was amazed. I know they are most likely older polishes, but I have no China Glaze polishes whatsoever so I was happy to add them to my collection. I also bought this lovely Black Crackle from Sinful Colors (for only $1!!!), which I used for this mani:

Indoors

Sunlight

I applied three different colors underneath (cannot remember exactly which three...sorry). I wanted a little variety under the black lol. I like this mani; however, I wanted the colors to pop a bit more so I think next time I'll use some neons instead. What do you guys think?

As always, I hope you enjoyed it and thanks for reading!

Silver and black mani

Hello all! Hope you are looking forward to a fun weekend. I'll be spending the weekend with the bf, so I am sure it'll be a lovely weekend for me :) Anyway, here is another old mani (I've been feeling sick so I haven't really taken the time to do my nails lately):

Base coat: Essie Fill the Gap
Tips: Sinful Colors Black on Black (also stamped with this color)
I can't recall what silver I used :(
The silver glitter was just a simple nail art brush

I first saw this mani here, and knew I had to try it. I'm glad I did, because I loved it! And got quite a few compliments as well :) What do you guys think?

As always, I hope you enjoyed it and thanks for reading!

Sinful Colors Over Easy

Happy Friday everyone! This is an old mani, but it's one that I enjoyed while it was on. Here it is:

Base coat: Sinful Colors Over Easy (I absolutely love this color)
Stamped with Sinful Colors Black on Black (plate SE 12)
Tips: SC Black on Black
Top coat: Seche Vite
And decided to add Essie Matte About You

I am loving matte nails at the moment! What do you guys think?

As always, I hope you enjoyed it and thanks for reading!

Wet n Wild Break the Ice

Hello all. Today I have a very simple mani for you. I wanted something soft and sweet on my nails, so I decided to go for a french tip mani. Here it is:

Base coat: Essie Fill the Gap
White tip: Wet n Wild White Creme
Flower: created with a dotting tool using Wet n Wild White Creme
Then decided to add a bit of sparkle with Wet n Wild Break the Ice
Top Coat: Seche Vite

I'm still learning to use dotting tools, as you can probably tell lol. I really like how subtle this mani is (at least compared to some of my past manis lol).

As always, hope you enjoyed it and thanks for reading!

Copycat mani

Hello all, hope you all had a lovely weekend. I've been seeing this manicure on Pinterest for a while now, and finally attempted to reproduce it. Here it is:

Base coat: Essie Fill the Gap
Base Coat: Sinful Colors Black on Black
Essie Matte About You
And finally, Seche Vite on the tips only

What do you guys think? I loved the look, and got quite a few compliments from strangers. Plus, it is super easy to create, which is always a bonus :)

As always, I hope you enjoyed it and thank you for reading!

Bf inspired mani

I was feeling a bit uninspired, so I asked the bf for a color combo and he chose red and brown. He then also suggested what pattern I should do on my nails lol! I was a bit hesitant at first, but I have to admit I ended up loving them. Here they are:

Base coat: Essie Fill the Gap
Base color: Kleancolor Jewelry Red
Top color: Sally Hansen Insta-Dry Slick Slate
Top coat: Seche Vite

So, what do you all think of the bf's mani?

As always, I hope you enjoyed it and thank you for reading!

Welcome to my blog! This is something that I've been thinking of doing, but haven't had the courage to do so. Until now :) I feel the compulsive need to disclose that I am a newbie and my manis tend to show it lol. This first post will be short and sweet.

As the base color, I used Wet n Wild Megalast, On a Trip. I then stamped the argyle design with Sinful Colors Black on Black. Taping off half of my nail diagonally, I used Black on Black once again to create the black tips. I applied a thick coat of Seche Vite and once everything was dry, I re-taped my tips and used Essie Matte About You. I just loved the glossy and matte combination!

Hope you liked it and thank you for reading!
